In this project, I will talk about climate resilience in the context of my project (Transit Oriented Development), and I will talk about my main goals, guiding principles and a set of objectives that will direct my work. I will also evaluate the current conditions for the region to identify types of areas or population groups applicable to my topic. I will establish a clear exploratory scenario related to climate resilience and migration, TOD, and current conditions evaluation. Finally, I will go for physical planning and design and describe implementation strategies that support proposed action/changes at community and site level.
