This project examines how missing middle housing can be better incorporated into Cincinnati neighborhoods to help address the extreme affordable housing shortage the city currently faces. Using ArcGIS Hub software, this project includes dashboards that provide Cincinnati residents with affordability statistics for their neighborhood, as well as in-depth pilot studies that examine middle housing strategies for several neighborhoods. This project provides background and contextual information for viewers unfamiliar with middle housing and provides a feedback mechanism for the hub to respond to concerns and inquiries from city residents.
