A healthy housing market should be sustainable and react to changes in the economy and development field without excluding or leaving behind portions of the population, especially those who have been marginalized by past planning techniques. I plan to analyze social sustainability and how the goals of the Cincinnati 2030 District can be built upon to include housing infrastructure. I will release a product that successfully portrays the aforementioned information through a combination of on-the-ground research with a story-based approach and data analysis of development trends and the housing market and includes policy options moving forward.
