About our Project

Our project entails creating a series of places that encourage: neighborhood cohesiveness & interaction; community-oriented businesses; and inclusivity. We looked at the projected growth, area demographics, existing parks & open space, and current housing configuration. As a result, we proposed the ideas of a linear park and community corridor. These places serve to boost social capital, interaction, neighborhood identity, and vitality.
