We propose a collaborative approach to the implementation of affordable housing. Over-the-Rhine has been home to a diverse range of demographics over time, making it a vibrant place, but it also lacks affordable housing options and amenities that serve the needs of the entire community. In order to reverse these issues and strengthen the community as one, we propose the implementation of over 100 new affordable housing units that are well-served by parks, transportation, social services and shared spaces.
